A Little Piece of Everything

For the record, it wasn’t a little piece. It was the whole cake. If you’re able to purchase a family-sized Sara Lee pound cake and not graze on it all night until it’s done, you win.

To my point, I’ve eaten an entire Sara Lee pound cake in the hopes that it will somehow take away all the emotions built up inside me from the past year. Update: it didn’t work. This is my long winded way to say it’s okay not to be okay today. Or yesterday. Or tomorrow. Demi Lovato and Marshmello released a song about this today in honor of World Suicide Prevention Day (it’s amazing – go listen to it).
